Today's good news is that Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has released Queensland’s COVID Vaccination Plan for the next stages of the pandemic.


70 per cent vaccination target: Friday 19 November
•    Anyone who has been in a domestic hotspot can travel into Queensland provided they are fully vaccinated, arrive by air, have had a negative COVID-19 test in the previous 72 hours and undertake home quarantine for 14 days.

80 per cent vaccination target: Friday 17 December
•    Travellers from an interstate hotspot can arrive by road or air, must be fully vaccinated, have had a negative COVID-19 test in the previous 72 hours. Quarantine will not be required.
•    Direct international arrivals can undertake home quarantine if they are fully vaccinated and have had a negative COVID-19 test in the previous 72 hours.

90 per cent vaccination
•    No entry restrictions or quarantine for vaccinated arrivals from interstate or overseas.

Although we are conducting very few transfers we remain open for business and are servicing the few flights that are operating. We are treating each booking on a case-by-case basis.  Please liaise with the office to obtain a best-fit solution.




Given the current exceptional circumstances, you may be reluctant to initiate travel arrangements.

Be assured that any booking that is cancelled outside 24 hours of intended time of travel will receive a 100% refund.





The requirement to wear masks in Queensland has not been completely removed.

They must be worn in aircraft, indoors at airport and outdoor areas of an airport in a passenger transport or passenger waiting area.

Exemplar is fully compliant. We have formal certification from the Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC). Wearing of masks inside our vehicles is optional.

Since the beginning of the crisis, we have been adapting our schedule to maximise our services during the travel windows.

Our timetable is updated whenever the airlines change their schedule and we continue to add scheduled services.

Until the lockdown was imposed we were offering more services, and had longer operating hours, than everyone else.
